Nikki Tamboli tests negative for COVID-19; opens up on her experience

With coronavirus cases rising faster than ever even after a year of the pandemic, we have seen multiple public figures having tested positive for the virus. One if the latest names recently to join that list was Bigg Boss 14 fame Nikki Tamboli.

The actor was shooting for a project in Chandigarh and while returning to Mumbai, lost her sense of smell at the airport. Realising that something was amiss, she decided to get tested. Fortunately, now she has tested negative after being in isolation for 14 days. Talking about it with ETimes TV, she said, “I couldn’t smell my perfume when I was at the airport and later even lost my sense of taste. That's when I got myself tested and was told that I was positive. I immediately shifted my family to another house in Dombivali because they tested negative.”  Hence she was all alone managing things here and there and it was difficult but she managed to do it. “I was cleaning my house on my own and have also been cooking my own food. During the initial few days, I was eating tiffin food because I didn't have any energy to cook, but as I got better, I realised that I needed some physical activity, and started cooking. Just like the Bigg Boss house I was doing all my chores at home, too (smiles)," she said.

We are glad the actor feels better and is rolling for work again.
