Ishq Mein Marjawan has been quite an eventful and vengeful show so far. Ever since the first promo came in, Arjun Bijlani has been praised for taking to a lead character with negative shades, Aalisha Panwar too, has been loved as she made a debut as the lead.

Day before yesterday came the news about Nia Sharma being roped in for the show. And, the Jamai Raja actress, who was last seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi: Pain In Spain is back to fiction space and how!

While we only recently reported about Sucheta Trivedi's track to see an end, actress Kushal Punjabi too will make an exit from the show. With the said revamp happening in the show, the latest promo featuring Nia has got us all the more intrigued.

From what we understand of the promo, looks like Aarohi is about to get a plastic surgery which will turn into the character played by Nia. From the little glimpses that we've got, and from what the voice over said, there's another revenge story coming in and it sure will be intriguing!
