Neil Bhatt: It's high time we as a society realise that trolling as a culture is not helpful

Neil Bhatt took to social media to write a note about the negativity on social media. Here's the note.

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin's Neil Bhatt is receiving a lot of love for his role as Virat in the show. And while there's appreciation for what he does, he is also dealing with some negativity on social media and he decided to write a note about the same as well. While he did not directly mention everything, he did urge everyone to make social media a better place to be at.

Neil took to Instagram and wrote: It's a difficult time to live in especially on social media. There's a lot of stuff happening in the world that's making things difficult. Let's make rhe environment around us conducive and inclusive. For me social media is a tool which can be used for doing good and sharing news about work, life or just generally reaching out. Lately, it's become very difficult to even post something without it being scrutinized in every wrong way possible.

He concluded: I say this out of concern and humility. Please do not, I repeat do not take this as some challenge and go about spewing negativity.

Neil recently tied the knot to co-star Aishwarya Sharma, in November. Aishwarya too, has been subjected to a lot of trolling and negative comments online and she too, spoke about the same on social media and in interviews she has given earlier.
