Neha Kakkar breaks down in tears on contestant Mani’s performance on Superstar Singer 2

This weekend, Sony Entertainment Television’s homegrown kids singing reality show, ‘Superstar Singer 2’ is going to be special, dhamakedar and melodious in many ways! Coming to cheer the contestants, will be the judge of Sony TV’s prestigious singing reality show, Indian Idol season 13 - Neha Kakkar this Sunday. The malika of singing, Neha Kakkar will be joined by her co-judge, Himesh Reshammiya who is the super judge of Superstar Singer 2. All set to leave everybody in awe, the talented contestants a.k.a the best bache ever will give some praise worthy performances on some of Bollywood’s most iconic songs. Watching the kids create magic on stage with their melodious voice will be a delightful treat to watch indeed! 

Desh Ka Raja Beta who has now won over everyone’s heart, Mani from Dharamkot will be seen giving a breathtaking performance on special guest and singing sensation Neha Kakkar’s blockbuster song ‘Maahi Ve’. Not only will Mani’s singing fill her heart with happiness but will also make Neha Kakkar break down in tears as she was deeply moved by his singing. 

Stunned by Mani’s outstanding singing, Neha Kakkar shared, “I was looking at Mani and his family, they are such lovely people. I could sense the hard work of Mani’s parents that went into Mani’s upbringing in his voice. Whatever his parents have done to give Mani a better life was visible in his performance. Maahi Ve is my song and I have performed this song in thousands of concerts but I can say that the way Mani you sang today, I can never sing like that. And, I got to know that he has never had any formal training in singing. But, Mani you really sang so well.” 

Greeting Mani’s family, Neha Kakkar added, “Before Mani started performing, Mani’s family and I greeted each other and Mani’s sister is so lovely. Aradhana (Mani’s sister) smile not just made my day but my life too. It was so lovely meeting her and If in future Rohan and I ever plan to have a baby we would want her to be like Mani’s sister.” 

Touched by Neha Kakkar’s compliments for Mani, his father will get emotional as he will talk about his family’s struggles and how Mani has been the guiding force bringing good times to their life. Listening to Mani’s father, Neha will also share that even her family went through the same kind of situation and but eventually together they overcame it. Moved and touched by the Mani and his family, Neha Kakkar will be seen extending her hand of support to the family in whatever way she can as a sweet gesture.
