Nawazuddin Siddiqui informs Bombay HC to withdraw his petition against his wife if he gets to see his kids

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one of the most gifted actors in Bollywood. After his wife and he entered a legal dispute, he dominated the news for several days. The actor's wife released a video a few days ago claiming that her mother-in-law had kicked both of their children out of the house and that they now have nowhere to go. Even Nawaz broke his silence and released a statement on his Instagram account. 

But, according to recent reports, the actor has informed the Bombay High Court that he will rescind his claim for habeas corpus if he is permitted to see his two children. As per reports, Nawazuddin Siddiqui's attorney Pradeep Thorat claimed that he was unable to find his client's children since they were missing school in Dubai. The actor's petition was only submitted for this one purpose. 

The attorney continued by saying that his only issue is that he hasn't personally seen his kids. The actor will revoke his petition once he meets his children. Aaliya's attorney Shikhar Khandelwal disagreed, claiming that the petition was superfluous because his client and the two kids already resided in a bungalow that belonged to Nawaz's mother. He proceeded by questioning how the actor could be unaware that his wife and children were residing at his mother's home. 

He added that although Nawaz is allowed to see his kids, the star is the one who refuses to see them. Now that Nawazuddin's attorney has requested it, the court has decided to try to reach a settlement amicably.

He had previously asserted that Aaliya had taken legal action against him and his mother because she merely wanted more money. Nawazuddin said that Aaliya had already withdrawn the case after receiving payment in accordance with her demands.
