Nausheen Ali Sardaar to play the role of Shivangi Joshi's mother in 'Barsatein'

Popularly known for her stint in Sony TV's very popular show Kkusum, Nausheen Ali Sardaar is all set to make a comeback with Sony TV's show Barsaatein. The actress has returned to television after five years and will be soon seen in the show. In an interaction with TOI, the actress also spoke about her return to the world of television and also shared her excitement for the same. 

In the past few episodes of the show, it was revealed that Aradhana was conceived out of wedlock and that she was adopted by the Sahnis later. However, only tiny glimpses of Aradhana's mother 'Mimi' have been revealed in the show as of now. Well, India Forums has an exclusive update on the track of the show. 

While there have been a lot of speculations around who will play Aradhana's mother, India Forums has learnt that Nausheen Ali Sardar will be seen playing this character. Nausheen, will be seen playing the character of Aradhana's mother Mimi (Malini Khanna) in the show. Earlier, there were speculations around Tanaz Irani playing this character, but from what we know, Tanaz will be seen playing the role of a mediator between Aradhana and her mother and it will be through Tanaz's character that Aradhana will finally meet her mother Mimi. 

In the previous episodes of the show we saw how Aradhana was handed over the letters of her birth mother by Mrs. Sahni and how she then decides to go and look out for her.
