Narayani Shastri on 'Aapki Nazron...' going off-air & unhappy with character arc

With so much happening in the telly world, seldom has been a development lately but one of the biggest ones is now happening where Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha is all set to call it a wrap.

The show will be wrapping up on 9th October 2021 after a run of six months. And now, actor Narayani Shastri, who played leading actor Vijayendra Kumeria's mother on-screen opened up on the same in an interview with ETimes TV.

Playing Rajvi Rawal, Shastri first said, "I have worked in many shows, but I felt connected with the team of Aapki Nazron.. We laughed everyday and that made working on the sets very interesting and de-stressing. I got a few show offers while I was doing the show, but then I felt it was important to finish my committment to this show."

She added, "My role as Rajvi Rawal started in a very interesting way but somewhere it got lost. Generally, I tend to step back when my character changes because I realise that it was not what I signed up for. But, this time, I completely left it to the production to lead my character and I was okay with their judgement."

Initially there were rumors that the show will get an extension. About it she said, "I don't really get into time slots or think about how a time slot will affect the show. I just focus on my character and give it my best. I am sad that the show is wrapping up because it was an enjoyable and interesting experience."

We are sure the fans are still rather disappointed the show is going off-air.
