Alcoholism is a serious problem for many people today, and even celebrities are no exempt from such addictions.

Television presenter, radio jockey and actor Paras Tomar, who was seen in Saath Nibhana Saathiya (Star Plus) has been actively encouraging people to stay fit through his social media accounts.

It was quite unusual for him to post something so unpredictable which we happened to stumble upon on his Facebook timeline:

The post hints at some difficult times that Paras has been going through. Seems like he has been dealing with the passive effects of the addiction, which has been affecting him a great deal, mentally and emotionally.

We tried calling Paras but his phone was unavailable.

Well, whatever the case might be, we sincerely hope that the lad gets through this tough phase and emerges even stronger on the winning side.
