Monica Dogra shares her Mom’s Covid-19 survival story!

Actress and musician Monica Dogra who was also a part of the Colors TV reality show Khatron ke Khiladi season 8 took it to her social media account to narrate her mom’s covid-19 survival story. Sharing her mom’s coronavirus experience, Monica urged people to take all the precautions and not take the virus lightly. 

She posted a video with her mom on her social media account and she captioned it as, “My mom’s COVID-19 survival story. We should add that at the end, she was taken off oxygen, her fever came down, and she was sent home from the hospital after ten days. She says it took about a month to get her strength back. She couldn’t walk, go up the steps at her house, take a shower, make food on her own once she went home. She had physical therapists coming home and nurses home for 3 weeks. So depending on a person's access and privileges, recovery from Corona can be dicey. So stay home if you can! And remember that this is super real.... love to you all…”

In the video, Monica’s mom shared, “Firstly, I would like to say please don’t take it lightly and always be watchful for the symptoms because sometimes you don’t even know. This thing could be life threatening."

Monica also added, “It was very very scary, even for her. She said that she felt like she went to the death door and returned.” She urged people to take all the precautions and to not just return to normal life because the virus is still out there.
