Monali Thakur Hospitalised After Complaining of Breathlessness During Concert in Bihar

Monali Thakur, the singer known for hits like Sawar Loon and Zara Zara Touch Me, was rushed to the hospital after feeling breathless during a performance. She was performing at the Dinhata Festival in Bihar when she appeared distressed and had to stop her concert midway. Her team immediately sought medical help, and Monali was taken to the Dinhata Sub-District Hospital in Cooch Behar, where she is currently undergoing treatment. Fans and well-wishers are awaiting updates on her condition.

This incident comes shortly after Monali faced another controversy during her concert in Varanasi on December 22. She walked off the stage after performing for only 45 minutes, leaving the audience disappointed. In viral videos, Monali addressed the audience, saying, “I am disheartened that my team and I were so excited to perform here. Let’s not talk about the infrastructure and its condition, as that is the management’s responsibility. I can’t explain what they have done to the stage just so they can steal money.”

Monali later posted on Instagram, sharing her ordeal about the alleged mismanagement and mistreatment by the event organisers in Varanasi. She revealed, She also attached a confession and apology letter from the event organiser, hoping it would clear any misunderstandings.

Monali also criticised the mistreatment of vendors and backstage workers. “It is unacceptable to treat vendors poorly, cheat them, or disrespect them.
