MET Gala 2022: Hadid sisters Gigi and Bella make noteworthy red carpet appearances in leather ensembles

As predicted, the Met Gala 2022 was a lavish affair attended by the who's who of the entertainment and music industries. This year's attendance featured the Hadid twins, Gigi and Bella Hadid, as well as several celebrities who have become regulars at the event. As they strolled the red carpet, the couple made sure to turn heads.

For the grand occasion, Gigi Hadid wore a red leather corset and matching skin-tight leggings, which she paired with red knee-high boots. With a big crimson jacket, the model added even more drama to her ensemble.

Gigi has walked the red carpet at the Met Gala for the eighth time. In 2015, the model made her Met Gala debut in a gorgeous crimson gown.

Bella Hadid, her sister, was also in attendance, wearing an edgy leather ensemble. For the big occasion, Bella donned a skin-tight black leather corset by Burberry. She paired her corset with a high-slit skirt that showed off her patterned lace stockings. Bella made her Met Gala debut in 2015 and has come a long way since then.

In America: An Anthology of Fashion was the topic of this year's Met Gala. The greatest fashion event of the year took place on the first Monday in May, as it does every year. 

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Regina King, and Lin-Manuel Miranda were among the event's co-chairs this year, all of whom made stunningly breathtaking entrances on the big night.
