Directed by Sriram Raghavan, the film is presented as a Hindi-Tamil bilingual, showcasing the versatile talents of its ensemble.

Produced by Ramesh Taurani, Sanjay Routray, Jaya Taurani & Kewal Garg, 'Merry Christmas' signifies a historic collaboration between Tips Films and Matchbox Pictures, bringing forth a riveting cinematic experience. 

Critics have lauded 'Merry Christmas,' commending its unique narrative and applauding the performances of Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi. However, the reception from the masses has been mixed, stirring discussions among moviegoers post its theatrical release.

The narrative, shot in two languages, offers different supporting casts, Alongside Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi, the Hindi version boasts talents like Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Pratima Kannan, and Tinnu Anand, while the Tamil version features luminaries such as Radhika Sarathkumar, Shanmugaraja, Kevin Jay Babu, and Rajesh Williams.
