'Mere Angne Mein' ENDED abruptly? Here's what Ekta Kaul had to say

One of the biggest underdogs for Star Plus channel was the show Mere Angne Mein. The reason it was an underdog was that it aired on the unconventional evening primetime slot and not many would place their bets on a show that airs in the evening to go on and become successful, isn't it? However, Mere Angne Mein was one of the first shows to be damning that thought entirely as the show wasn't just a success but also ran for an amazing 2 years too. 

The show ended back in 2017 but made actors Karam Rajpal and Ekta Kaul became household names in the process.

Needless to say, some fans were shocked and saddened on the show going off-air. And in fact, after all this time, one of the fans recently went on to ask Ekta in a chat that why did Mere Angne Mein end so abruptly and if there ever will be a second season. Ekta was surprised and she wondered if the show actually ended abruptly as she did not feel that-
