Meet the YOUNG Anarkali in the Shaheer Sheikh starrer, remake of Mughal-e-Azam

The remake of Mughal-E-Azam, to be produced by Prithvi Vallabh's producer, Aniruddha Pathak has been creating a lot of buzz, courtesy the cast, which is yet to be finalized. As the show is to go on floors on the 30th of this month, the casting is on in full swing.

As reported earlier, Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi actor Shaheer Sheikh will be playing the role of Salim, and as of now, Sonarika Bhudoria is the latest name that has been doing the rounds for the role of Anarkali.

And now, according to what we hear, young Anarkali will be played by child actor Naisha Khanna, who has been a part of films like Kahaani 2 and Firangi. She has also been a part of multiple TVCs.

We tried getting through Naisha's mother, but she remained unavailable for any comment.

As for young Salim is concerned, Ayaan Zubair Rahmani was almost zeroed in to play the role, but opted out of it and will be seen in Cinevistaas' next on Zee TV.

Well, we sure are looking forward to this remake, given the kind of buzz it has been creating.
