Meet Abhishek Verma's love interest on 'Udaan'

Colors' Udaan will see a host of changes post-leap. As the story-lines shifts to a new generation in Azadgunj, fresh faces and new characters will be introduced on the show. Not long ago Mohammad Nazim's entry on the show created all the buzz. His role of Ghumaan Singh seems to be garnering a lot of the audience's attention. Moreover, we heard his onscreen wife has been cast for the show. 

Adding more to his character's plot-line, we have received news of another addition to the cast line-up. Post-leap the show will also see the entry of Ghumaan Singh's sister. We hear that this role will be played by Kanika Kotnala. Turns out she will also be the onscreen love interest of Abhishek Verma. As reported earlier, Abhishek Verma of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fame will be entering the show. We now know that he will enter alongside Kanika Kotnala. 

We hear that Kanika's character, Vatsala is going to be a positive character. The actress has been on quite a few TV shows earlier on, including Parichay Nayee Zindagi Kay Sapno Ka. She will be returning to TV after quite the long hiatus.
