Me, Ajji Ani Saheb ropes in Marathi talent!

The promos of Shakuntalam's next venture titled, Me, Ajji Ani Saheb have already hit Imagine TV. It is expected to be a story which would be an eye opener for this younger generation.

The latest we hear is that the story is a remake of a renowned Marathi film Saat Chya Aaat Gharat.

A source reveals, "As the show has a Marathi backdrop, the production house is keen on roping marathi actors for the show. Thus, Suhas Paranjape and Meenal Pendse last seen in Star Plus' Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil would essay pivotal roles in the show."

Talking about the character of Suhas a source informs, "Suhas Paranjape would essay Archana, the second daughter-in-law of the family and would act in a genre that she hasn't done before."

We contacted Suhas Paranjape and she asserts, "Yes, talks are on for the show but I can't comment anything on the same."

Hope the show clicks with audience as well.
