Manish Paul definitely qualifies as one of the best hosts that Indian Television can boast of. He has established his hosting prowess by hosting multiple and consecutive seasons of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa.

And if you've missed seeing Manish engage the audience in his hilarious antics, then your wait has ended, as Manish has been officially roped in to host the upcoming season of Indian Idol. And it will be his first time as a host for a music reality show.

Manish was quoted in a leading daily as saying that it was his first time hosting Indian Idol and that this was going to be a special experience.

The auditions for the show have already begun and judging this season will be Anu Malik, Vishal Dadlani and Neha Kakkar.
