It's Monday, and our time to crush over the handsome men of the industry. Well, this Monday we're crushing over Harshad Chopda's hardcore gym sessions. The Bepannah actor is not a very social media savvy person and rarely posts on his handles, but recently he posted a few work out videos and fans are happy to see him back.

Harshad has always been a fitness enthusiast and his recent videos from the gym are totally drool-worthy.

Harshad, who was last seen in Colors' popular show Bepannah opposite Jennifer Winget started off his career with a Zee TV show named Mamta but rose to fame with Left Right Left. He then went on to do popular shows like Ambar Dhara, Kis Desh mein Hai Mera Dil and Saubhagyavati Bhava to name a few. Though he was already a known name in the industry, but his role in Bepannah has multiplied his fan following.
