Malini Kapoor & Ajay Sharma shoot for a music video in Jaipur

The one trend that continues to rise and increase multiple folds is that of music videos. While we have already seen a bombardment of music videos so far and many more coming in, some have a different touch and story to it too.

Actors and couple, Malini Kapoor and Ajay Sharma shot a Rajasthani music video in Jaipur recently. The couple, who is in their home city due to the pandemic, took the opportunity to resume work.

Talking about resuming work after 8 months to Times of India, Kapoor said, “It was a breather for us to step out and get back to work. Both of us were contemplating resuming shooting, but we were apprehensive too. Going out for work in the current situation is not easy, especially when you have a two-year-old kid at home. Here, in Jaipur, we have the privilege to leave Kiyan at home with his grandparents. Finally we decided to go back to work keeping in mind the safety measures and security.”

When it comes to husband Sharma, he said, “We have done tv shows and ads together, but never got a chance to do a music video. What I liked about this one, that it’s a Rajasthani song. Though Malu doesn’t speak Marwari, she enjoyed lip sync. Even she liked the location, a resort with a complete Rajasthani traditional look. More than anything else, she enjoyed dancing.”
