Lord Krishna blesses Ranveer-Ragini...

The top-ranked show on Television, Rajan Shahi’s Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai will have a very special temple sequence on the occasion of Janmashtami.

As the phone friends Ragini and Ranveer (Parul Chauhan and Kinshuk Mahajan) get drawn towards each other, Sadhana (Sara Khan) takes her sister to the Krishn temple to make her realize that she has been bitten by the bug of love.

The beautiful temple at Film City was decorated with flowers and amidst pomp and celebrations began the ‘Aarti’ for Lord Krishna. In the abode of the eternal lover, Ragini understands her love for her phone friend Anmol i.e. Ranveer and imagines a dance sequence where she is dancing alone, announcing to the world that she is in love and eagerly awaits her love. We talked to Sunand Baranwal, Director of Bidaai who shot this particular sequence. “Parul gave a mind-blowing dance performance on the Saudagar song ‘Natkat Bansi Wale Ab Toh Aaja’ and this particular scene paves way for the love-track of Ranveer and Ragini”.

As the girls are enjoying every moment in the temple, Ranveer and Alekh (Kinshuk and Angad Hansija) also come to the temple to offer their prayers on Janmashtami. The two girls, especially Sadhana is elated to see Alekh and Ranveer too in the temple. After the prayers are offered, as Ranveer and Ragini are about to leave, a very symbolic incident is shown wherein Ragini’s dupatta gets caught in Ranveer’s watch. “This is a very cute scene which indicates that Lord Krishna who is known for his eternal bonding with Radha has blessed the couple who are in love”, says Sunand.

At the end of the shoot, the protagonists of the show Alekh, Sadhana, Ranveer and Ragini wished one and all ‘Very Happy Janmashtami’.
