The grand sea-facing bungalow of the late Bollywood legend Dilip Kumar at Pali Hill, Mumbai, has been sold for an impressive Rs 172 crore! Instead of being demolished, the mansion was converted into a luxurious triplex apartment.
The luxurious triplex apartment, spanning the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors of the building, boasts a generous carpet area of 9,527 square feet. Apco Infratech Private Limited acquired the property at an impressive rate of Rs 1.62 lakh per square foot, with additional costs including a stamp duty of Rs 9.3 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

In 2023, the Ashar Group from Thane took on a significant renovation project to convert the bungalow into a magnificent 10-11 story residential building, incorporating a museum dedicated to honoring the memory of Dilip Kumar, who passed away in July 2021.
