Several famous actors, including Kushal Tandon, Ankita Lokhande, Karan Kundrra, and Arjun Bijlani, were tricked by a company called Sky 63 Energy Drinks in Indore. This company cheated them out of a lot of money, about 1.48 crore rupees. The police are now investigating five people who are suspected of being involved in this fraud.
The scam was discovered when Roshan Bhinder, the owner of Ayman Entertainment, reported the company to the police. In July 2024, two men named Tanish Chhajed (26) and Manu Shrivastava (29) contacted Bhinder's company to get help promoting their energy drink. Bhinder helped them by getting 25 famous TV actors to promote the drink. She even organized a big party at a fancy hotel in Mumbai on August 10, 2024, where many celebrities attended. Even though they promised to pay, the people involved in the scam didn't give Bhinder the money they owed her.

The company said they had paid 10 lakh rupees in advance, but that money never reached Bhinder's company. Even after the promotion started and videos were shared online, they still didn't pay. They wrote several checks, but they all bounced. They even said they had sent 22.5 lakh rupees from Dubai, but that money never arrived.
The situation worsened on October 18, 2024, when two more checks, totaling 80 lakh rupees, were issued by the company but bounced. This left Bhinder and the celebrities in a difficult financial situation. Bhinder had already paid 35 lakh rupees in advance to some of the celebrities, resulting in significant losses.
The Mumbai Police have arrested Tanish Chhajed, Manu Shrivastava, and their partners Faizal Idrii, Abdul, and Riitik Panchal for fraud. The police are looking for them and trying to get the money back. After the news came out, Kushal Tandon said he was upset about the scam and said, "Finally, they will learn a lesson..." He seems relieved that the people who committed fraud are being punished. Other celebrities who were part of the campaign have also said they are disappointed about what happened.
