Kumkum Bhagya to take a LEAP & Abrar Qazi to make an EXIT?

Zee TV's Kumkum Bhagya starring Abrar Qazi and Rachi Sharma has been reportedly under the scanner for quite some time now. Rumours of the show going off air have been floating on the internet for quite some time now, however, Abrar Qazi, the titular face of the show had earlier quashed these rumours and had stated that the show is not going off air any time soon.

However, India Forums has now learnt of some exclusive scoop on the status of the show. A well placed source closely related to the show reveals to us that the show is all set to now take a leap. ''Kumkum Bhagya may take a leap soon and Abrar Qazi may call it quits. Very unsure about Rachi Sharma as of now, but as far as I know, Abrar may not be a part of the show.''

While we are still awaiting more information and official confirmation on the same, for those who do not know, Abrar had replaced Krishna Kaul on the show last year. The actor, who is paired opposite Rachi Sharma in Kumkum Bhagya enjoys massive popularity across various social media handles. The actor was loved for his performance in Yeh Hai Chahatein opposite Sargun Kaur Luthra, post which, he gained widespread recognition.

For the uninformed, Kumkum Bhagya is one of the longest running shows on the channel and it started with Shabbir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha as the titular faces. Post their exit from the show, Mugdha Chapekar and Krishna Kaul were roped in as the new leads. Abrar and Rachi were then roped as the titular faces of the third generation.

We reached out to Abrar to confirm the news of the leap, however, the actor remained unavailable for any comments.
