'Kumkum Bhagya' actor Ashlesha Sawant tests positive for COVID-19

The wrath of COVID-19 is indeed as real as it can get and it had led to a lot of shows adapting to the situation and going on to shift the shooting location temporarily.

We have already reported about an array of shows shifting location to different cities and since then, shows are running and functioning again with fresh episodes back on-air. However, this ones being affected by the virus continue to grow and another name joined in this list is actor Ashlesha Sawant.

Sawant informed everyone about it in a social media post.

Sawant took to her Instagram account and shared about being home quarantined while following her doctor’s protocols in her post. She wrote, “I tested positive for COVID-19 today, Following my Doctor’s Protocol. Isolating and quarantined at home. Please take care and stay safe. Most importantly stay calm. Prayers and strength for all. Thank you for your love and support.”-

Adding a picture of an oximeter and thermometer in her hand in the post, Ashlesha urged everyone to take care. She wrote, “Please take care and stay calm."

We hope the actor feels better and recovers at the soonest.
