Colors’ show Choti Sardarni has been in the limelight since quite some time now. The show recently witnessed major drama and interesting twists with Meher losing her memory. Choti Sardarni is produced by Cockcrow and Shaika Entertainment. The show has a stellar ensemble including Avinesh Rekhi, Nimrit Kaur Alhuwalia, Anita Raj among others.

The current track of the show revolves around Sarabjit getting to know the truth about the person behind his accident. He will be seen informing the same to Meher in the upcoming episodes.

Well, the news of the expected leap in the show has been doing the rounds since quite some time now. As per reports, the makers have been planning to introduce a generation leap in the show post which the young kids will be replaced and older actors will play the characters of grown-up kids. Reports has it that actress Nimrit Kaur Alhuwalia will be playing the character of grown up Seher in the show. Currently, Seher’s character is played by child artist Kevina Tak.

According to reports, actor Rohit Lamba will join the show post leap.

Now, India Forums has exclusively learned that actress Kritika Singh Yadav has also been roped in to play a pivotal role in the show. 

A source close to the project revealed that Kritika’s character will be introduced post leap and she will be playing a prominent role in the show. The actress is said to have signed the dotted lines of the contract.

Kritika was last seen in Star Plus show Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha as Shobit’s girlfriend Charmi.
