There's always been some time in our lives when we get nervous…sometimes it's so extreme we don't find words to talk. We go mute. Be it your job interview, a thanksgiving speech or the big step- wedding! Nervousness seems to bind us down at some point or another.
Just when we seem to think our TV stars at least don't need to bother about this, they reveal humbly that they too get panic attacks. They share their ways to handle it…

Sometimes I talk to my friends about it…and if there's no one I can talk to about…actually it depends on what issue I'm nervous about. See the most common kind of fear I have is stage fright. And nothing helps until I get on stage. Most of the times, I do the things that make me nervous again and again…I keep repeating until I'm completely over it.

Sukirti Kandpal

I very rarely get nervous because I'm a very talkative person and talking sort of keeps all the nervousness at bay. If I do feel nervous, as an actress I tend to camouflage it and not show that I'm nervous (laughs).
Kinshuk Mahajan

Aditi Tailang

I'm usually nervous when I need to give a speech. So if I forget a line then I insert my own…and it turns out even better (laughs). Apart from that, I feel you should be prepared for events or performances to help with the jitters. Believe in yourself and the confidence will help you deal with it!
