Khatron Ke Khiladi 12: Here's what Pratik Sehajpal does to calm his nervouness before every stunt

For the first time in twelve years, media has got the chance to be at Cape Town, South Africa and cover one of the biggest reality shows- ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 12’. Colors’ is all set to take the audiences on an adventurous ride with popular celebrities from the showbiz industry.

Pratik Sehajpal who rose to fame with his performances in reality shows like Bigg Boss OTT and Bigg Boss 15 will be seen fighting his fears in the show. We’ve learned that Pratik is doing pretty well in the show and have come across as a promising contestant.

While Pratik is a confident individual, we at India Forums asked him about his pre- stunt ritual and the model turned actor stated that like everybody, he to get nervous but he does a special ritual to calm his nerves.

He said, “This is my first international trip and I’m quite pumped up to perform all the stunts. I love doing stunts and every time before the stunt, there is a rush of nervous energy but I take my mother’s blessings before the stunt and get the confidence that I’m good to go. Since I can’t call up maa everytime before the stunt, I have a screenshot of her hand (in a blessing gesture). I put that picture on my head and feel that she’s blessing me. I feel a sense of confidence post that (smiles).
