Ananda Telefilms' show on Sahara One - Kesariya Balam Aavo Hamare Des celebrates its completion of 100 episodes. The show with a Rajasthani backdrop is known for showcasing some of the exoctic locales of Rajasthan.

Tellybuzz got on touch with the producer of the show Ajay Sinha.

He enthusiastically says, "It's a great experience to complete 100 episodes. We really worked hard on this project. Initially the episodes were shot in Rajasthan and now it's the number one show on Sahara One and we are very happy that people like our show."

Ajay further elaborates, "We took a lot of effort to give the show a genuine feel. This is why we had brought in a Rajasthani folk singer to sing the title track. He did not even know to read and write. We had to read the line out to him and then he'd sing it out for us. But I'm glad all these efforts have paid off."

So how did the celebration go? "We celebrated at the shooting place in the afternoon and then at night it was a small get together of all the cast and unit at my place," Ajay says with the excitement still evident in his voice.

The lead actress of the show Jaya Binjoo says, "It's a very good feeling that we completed 100 episodes. How days went we have no clue. It's as if just yesterday we shot our first episode at Rajasthan. We are like one family now."
