Karanvir Sharma: We celebrate Lohri whole heartedly but this year, it will be a working day for me

Today is the pious festival of Lohri and it is surely a day to celebrate. Though the celebrations for it mostly take place on a big scale in North India, our stars make sure none of their fans are left unhappy. And so, we decided to get in touch with your favourite, Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani's Karanvir Sharma.

The actor, sharing his Lohri plans, tells us, “My mom is a sardarni, hence Lohri is big in our family. I am very close to mom’s family that is in Punjab.Every year she asks, ‘I hope you have taken a holiday for Lohri’. Being Punjabis, we celebrate whole heartedly and in a big way but this year, it will be a working day for me since I am busy with the promotions of my movie. To all my loving fans, sarian nu lohri da tyohar mubarak. Lots of Love to everyone.”

Meanwhile, Karanvir is gearing up for the release of A Thursday. The movie will be releasing on OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar. Ahead of the release, the actor also spoke to us about the film earlier and told us, ''The film is all set to release on the OTT platform and we can’t wait to showcase the amount of hard work and skill that we used to make this.  Till then, I would request all my fans to stay safe and keep pouring their love and support.''

A Thursday is directed by Behzad Khambata and also features actors naming Neha Dhupia, Maya Sarao, Atul Kulkarni and Dimple Kapadia.
