As Diwali, the festival of lights, approaches, renowned actor Karanvir Bohra, famously known for his portrayal of Viraj Dobriyal in Star Bharat’s show 'Saubhagyavati Bhava: Niyam aur Shartien Laagu' has pledged for a heartwarming initiative to brighten the lives of daily wage workers and champion the 'Make in India' campaign. Bohra plans to purchase 500 handmade diyas to spread the joy of the festive season and contribute to the welfare of those in need. Karanvir Bohra, known for his stellar performance and versatility, is now making a name for himself as a compassionate advocate for social causes. This Diwali, he seeks to make a difference by supporting daily wage workers, who often face economic hardships. 

He says, “The essence of Diwali lies in spreading happiness and light in the lives of others, I wanted to do something meaningful this year and contribute to the 'Make in India' initiative while also assisting daily wage workers who play an integral part in our society."

This initiative is to not only to purchase 500 handmade diyas, but also aims to encourage the local artisans who create these traditional lamps and promote the 'Make in India' campaign, which focuses on boosting indigenous manufacturing and employment opportunities.

His efforts align with the spirit of Diwali, which signifies the victory of light over darkness and good over evil and sets an example for others demonstrating that small acts of kindness can make a significant impact on the lives of those less fortunate.
