"Karanvir and I were expecting a baby." - Teejay Sidhu

 

Rumors in television industry are nothing new to all. Our Telly town celebs have become used to facing rumors. On Wednesday, we dedicate our column to the celebrities who have faced some of the craziest rumors at some point in their life.

 

Today we have model and VJ Teejay Sidhu share a fun rumour with us in our Wednesday Rumour section!

 

 

 

I think the craziest rumour I heard about myself was that Karanvir (Karanvir Bohra) and I were expecting a baby. We are always taking pictures with our friend's babies and Karanvir meets fans who asked him to take photos with their kids. I guess these photos reached the internet and next thing I know was that everyone was congratulating me! It was actually quite sweet.

 

 

My family, especially my mom was overjoyed at the news of my pregnancy! (As you can imagine any mother would be.) She thought maybe there was some 'good news' that I wasn't telling her about. She was very disappointed to find out it wasn't true. I told her it would happen when the time was right.

 

If I came across the person who spread these rumours, I would just tell them that it's not true, but thank you for the baby blessings!

 

I think celebs have to face many rumours, some worse than this, but when a person is in the public eye, they will be talked about. Rumours are bound to come up so it's better to just take things with a pinch of salt and not get too upset.

 

When I look back at this rumour about myself, I don't get angry. I smile. I don't think anyone was trying to be intentionally hurtful. They probably believed they found out some 'news' and wanted to be the first to share it!
