Karan Veer Mehra Still Counting Days for Prize Money After Bigg Boss 18 Win?

Actor Karan Veer Mehra won Bigg Boss 18 last month and took home the prestigious trophy along with a cash prize of ?50 lakh. However, during his recent appearance on Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa's podcast, he revealed that he is still waiting for the prize money.

While speaking on Bharti TV, Karan Veer shared that he has not yet received his Bigg Boss 18 prize money. However, he has already received his earnings from Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, including the car he won, which is expected to arrive soon. He said, "?50 lakh is the winning amount for Bigg Boss 18, and it’s yet to come. Khatron Ke Khiladi 14’s money has come, and the car that I won is going to arrive in a few days. I didn’t get the chance earlier, so I got it booked now."

Karan Veer also talked about his approach to the show. He said that he never planned to win the competition and just wanted to enjoy the journey. "I wasn’t looking to win... my weekly total was sorted," he shared. He also mentioned that he stayed away from fights and abusive language, as he was conscious of the fact that his mother was watching the show.

Praising the channel Colors, he said, “Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 was my first show with Colors. Now I don’t intend to leave this channel. Colors is actually a channel that makes you a name."

After winning Bigg Boss 18, Karan Veer has been overwhelmed by the love from fans. He shared, "The love I am getting after Bigg Boss is too overwhelming. I am spending a lot of time with fans, especially the aunties who have been blessing me a lot." Karan Veer defeated Vivian Dsena and Rajat Dalal to win the show. Earlier, he had announced that he would sponsor the education of his staff’s children using his prize money.
