Kangana Ranaut’s Sister Rangoli Chandel’s Twitter Account Suspended, Kubbra Sait says ‘Hate Mongering is Irresponsible’

Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli Chandel is best known for her unfiltered opinions on social media. She does not mince her words and often voices her opinions on political matters, which lead her into controversies. She is also known for targeting Bollywood celebrities and pointing out the double standards of the industry. 

Recently, Rangoli posted controversial tweets regarding the Moradabad stone-pelting incident. This, in turn, has led to her Twitter account getting suspended for violating rules.

Filmmaker Reema Kagti and actress Kubbra Sait had sought police help and tagged Mumbai Police urging them to take action against Rangoli. “@MumbaiPolice. Could you please look into this and take action? Isn’t this spreading fake news AND inciting hatred & violence against certain people?” Reema tweeted.

Kubbra asserted that she has blocked and reported Rangoli as she tweeted: "I’ve blocked Rangoli and reported her to twitter. But @MumbaiPolice@CMOMaharashtra@OfficeofUT This kind of hate-mongering is irresponsible. Please look into it, and take necessary actions.”

Farah Khan too thanked Twitter for suspending Rangoli Chandel’s Twitter account.
