Jhanak: Vihaan catches Jhanak and Aniruddha in a private conversation

Tonight's Jhanak episode opens with Jhanak asking Aniruddha to stay away from the Vihaan household. Aniruddha questions why he should decline Vihaan's invitation on her behalf. Jhanak explains that she's making a personal request, not a demand. He presses further, suggesting she may be afraid that the past will be revealed, but she assures him that her priority is keeping her past from affecting her present. Aniruddha insists that Jhanak can't truly find happiness while keeping the truth hidden from Vihaan and advises her to be honest with him.

Jhanak responds that he doesn't understand the dynamics of her relationship with Vihaan. Aniruddha suggests that Vihaan still holds feelings for Avni, but Jhanak brushes it off, saying she doesn't care about it. She clarifies that this isn't the first time she's had to face such a situation. Aniruddha asks her if she thinks his love for her is fake just because one truth was exposed. Jhanak points out that Arshi is pregnant with his child, emphasising that it's not just a truth but a life-changing one. She tells him to stay out of her affairs. Aniruddha retorts that she doesn't get to decide that. He believes that fate has brought them together and that they will meet again if that's God's will. Jhanak, however, prays they never cross paths again.

At that moment, Vihaan walks in, and Jhanak quickly explains that she was simply delivering sweets and ghee to Aniruddha. Vihaan questions whether she came to speak with Aniruddha alone, suggesting they have some sort of prior connection. Aniruddha reassures him that it's not what he thinks. Vihaan, seeming possessive, teases her for coming here when she could've sent someone else. He then mentions he was late because he was busy managing a crying Ahaan, thinking Jhanak would be occupied in the kitchen as usual, but anyway. Jhanak, feeling unsettled, considers going to Ahaan, but Vihaan stops her, saying Ahaan is already asleep. During their conversation, Vihaan casually asks if she reminded him about Ahaan's birthday party, to which Aniruddha responds that he'll come if it's in God's plan and won't if it's not. After the conversation, Jhanak leaves, and Vihaan turns to Aniruddha, questioning how well he knows Jhanak, teasing him about the fact that a new bahu just visited him alone in his room. Aniruddha, shocked, is left wondering, but Vihaan laughs it off, saying he was just joking, and then tells Aniruddha he'll wait for him downstairs.

Meanwhile, Choton speaks to Bipasha, defending Meenu, claiming she isn't a bad person. Bipasha argues that Meenu failed to stand by her father, and she should have supported Choton. Choton insists that Meenu stayed silent out of respect for her father. Anjana urges Choton to speak to Meenu directly. Choton asks Anjana if she wants him to leave the family and live with Meenu. He asserts that he is not selfish enough to abandon his family. Anjana questions whether he is suggesting that she wants Meenu in the house for financial reasons. Choton tries to explain, but Anjana feels insulted. Bipasha warns Choton that Meenu will dominate him after marriage, advising him not to marry her.

Riddhi asks Jhanak to teach her and Priyanshi some dance steps. Mehek informs Jhanak that they plan to perform a dance at school without Ketki's knowledge, as they aren't allowed to dance publicly. She hands Jhanak some ghungroos, which delight her as they remind her of her dance performances. Mehek mentions that Priyanshi is quite a dancer, and Priyanshi jokes that she would run away if Ketki forces her into marriage. Mehek advises her not to speak like that, and Priyanshi hopes Ketki won't come to the school on the day of the performance. Mehek assures Priyanshi that she and Jhanak will attend the event, bringing her husband along to avoid any problems.

In another scene, Meenu bitterly thanks her father for ruining her life. He defends his actions, claiming everything he did was for her own good. He insists that Meenu can't live with Choton's family, citing his greater life experience. Meenu disagrees, explaining that she and her father went to the Basus' house to set the marriage date, but her father took control. She expresses frustration that the Basus likely think she is siding with her father. Her father responds by telling her that Choton refused to marry her, a decision he attributes to her father's interference. Meenu counters that her father's conditions forced Choton to make that decision. She reminds him that she has been living alone in the city, and it was Anjana who took care of her when she was sick. Her father accuses Anjana of having selfish motives, but Meenu disagrees.

Arundhati advises Choton not to lose Meenu, believing she truly cares for him. Anjana urges Choton to go and talk to Meenu. Choton questions whether Anjana wants Meenu in their house just because she earns money, to which Anjana clarifies that it's not the case. Bipasha suggests Choton should be the one to make the decision, while Anjana insists that Choton doesn't understand Meenu's feelings.

Later, Priyanshi and Riddhi ask Jhanak to teach them more dance steps. Prachi walks into Jhanak's room and questions how a daughter-in-law could possibly dance. Mehek quickly responds that she will shut the door. Jhanak, wearing the ghungroos, begins to dance, and Sejal watches from outside, plotting to expose everyone.
