Jaskaran Singh excited about his new venture!

Actor Jaskaran Singh, who rose to fame with his witty character of Uday in Star One's Miley Jab Hum Tum and recently appeared in Sony TV's Encounter, is all set for his new beginning. this time, Jaskaran's new venture is not any new show but its his own business. The actor is taking a step ahead and utilizing his time efficiently.

Jaskaran is setting up his new restaurant in Goa at the Baga Beach. His new restaurant which will be fondly called as Hashtag - The Beach Cafe would be blessed with the scenic beauty of beach around. Jaskaran is currently in Goa for the inauguration of his restaurant which is happening tomorrow.

TellyBuzz spoke to Jaskaran to know more about his new venture...

An elated Jaskaran told us, "Its called Hashtag - The Beach Cafe which is located at the Baga Beach. It's a shack restaurant that I have started. The specialties of the restaurant would be Indian, Chinese, Continental and Alcohol. It's a venture started by my younger brother, two of his friends and me who are into event management. It was my dream of opening a restaurant but in Mumbai it was becoming too expensive for us as beginners and also I wanted to gain some experience first. So, things started falling in place one by one and things happened. Tomorrow is the opening of our restaurant." 

So, how did the idea clicked his mind? Jaskaran adds, "I wanted to open a restaurant since very long time with nice cozy feeling, video gaming section, TV section where people come and enjoy watching matches. Its dream for people to enjoy sitting beside the beach and my restaurant is located on the Baga beach facing the ocean. I dreamt about it and it came true."

We wondered if any of Jaskaran's friends from the industry are going to be a part of the opening happening tomorrow. He said, "A lot of my actor friends have messaged me that they would be coming to Goa in the last week of December. Hope they would come and experience my restaurant."

The popular actor is also getting lots of offers for new shows while he is busy shaping up his dream in Goa now. He says, "The moment I have been in Goa, I am getting offers for shows and I have to say a 'No' to them. The initial setup is difficult and when things will start falling in the place then it won't be a big problem for me as we are four partners. Everything has been done on our own right from the interiors to other things. I would be on and off traveling between Goa and Mumbai. If I will be offered something meaningful then I would take up the show and continue with it." 

"I don't want to quit acting but this field is so unstable so I wanted to do something besides acting. I am feeling so comfortable having a breakfast in my own restaurant, working out beside the beach and after relaxing I would comeback to Mumbai and take up acting again," concludes Jaskaran talking about his future plans.
