Janvi Chheda back to TV with Cinevistaas show

Tellybuzz had been exclusively writing about Sony's upcoming show, to be produced by Cinevistaas which is tentatively  titled Tashi. We had written earlier that Karan Hukku and Kunal Verma play the main lead in the show. Kunal Verma's character is loosely inspired from Shah Rukh Khan's character in Darr. Mahesh Thakur will play father to the female lead.
 
The production house was looking for an actress to play the lead opposite Kunal and Karan Hukku have now finalized Janvi Chheda who was seen in Chhoona Hai Aasmaan opposite Iqbal Khan and also was last seen in Zee Tv's Maayka.
 
Our khabroo from the show says, ''The hunt was on for the female lead for long. The production house had finalized a new face Priyanka Chopra to play the lead . However things didn't materialize and they were looking for more options. After shortlisting a few names, the production house has finalized Janvi Chheda opposite Kunal  Verma and Karan Hukku in the show. Her character is called Tashi which is also the title of the show. Tashi is fun loving and modern girl but at the same time she is rooted.''
 
Janvi confirmed the news but refused to divulge any detail. The shoot of the show is going to take place in Manali and will launch in month's time.
