Its OFFICIAL! 'Brahmarakshas' to go OFF-AIR on...

Zee TV banked upon the trend of supernatural sagas and introduced us to the supernatural thriller, 'Brahmarakshas - Jaag Utha Shaitaan,' last year in August. The show was amongst the most awaited ones and certainly buzzing, as it marked the much-awaited comeback of actress Krystle Dsouza to the small screen.

Everything started high for the show and the launch was a big one too. There were times when the show used to be a TRP topper for consecutive weeks. However, the happiness was short lived as the show started to dwindle in terms of ratings and reached a saturation when it was knocked off the Top 20 shows.

The journey of the show has had some good moments and some sad moments. However, it has now reached a standstill. The news about the show going off-air has been doing the rounds, however, a date was yet to be finalized for the same.

And now, according to a leading news daily, it's official that the show is all set to go off-air on the 18th February 2017 and will be replaced by the upcoming season of music reality show, 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.'
