It's Good Morning Zindagi with Gurdeep Kohli

Gurdeep Kohli, the beautiful young actress who shot to fame with her character of Dr. Juhi Singh in Sanjeevani is back in action after a hiatus. Gurdeep, last seen in Sinndoor Tere Naam Ka, had participated in the second season of Nach Baliye, during which she got into a wedded lock with actor, Arjjun Punj.

Telly Buzz reporter Minnie Gupta talked to Gurdeep Kohli to know what she has been doing lately. She replies with a vibrant smile, "I have again got so busy with work, that I don't even get time for my husband." Gurdeep who has turned a new leaf in her career, by turning an anchor says, "Right now, I am hosting Good Morning Zindagi, an infotainment packed morning show with Shakti Anand for the new channel 9X, and I am thrilled to do it".

Hosted by the affable Shakti Anand and the vivacious Gurdeep Kohli, Good Morning Zindagi will feature experts advising on various issues like Leena Mogre for a fitness segment called ‘Fitness Mantra’, Munisha Khatwani for ‘Shubh Din’ (astrology), Chef Gautam Mehrishi for ‘Kitchen Maharishi’, Vikram Hazra for ‘Amrit Vaani’ (spiritualily), Dr.Anjali Chhabria for ‘ Dil ki Baatein’ (counseling) and a featured section called ‘Zindagi Ke Rang’. Over and above this, Good Morning Zindagi features a number of celebrities andspecial guests, who chat with the hosts on varied topics.

Talking more about the show, Gurdeep says, "The show is a one-stop-shop for the entire family's morning entertainment and infotainment needs, with the right spice and flavour". On quipped asto what made her take to anchoring, she quickly says, "First of all, it's not scripted, and that makes it so much fun. It lets me to be me, and I am not playing any character. I can experiment with my make up and my looks, and I don't have to wear the national televison costume, which is a sari, and I am so relieved".

Apart from Good Morning Zindagi, Gurdeep Kohli also plays a very pivotal role in the Star Plus afternoon soap Bhabhi.
