Dance is a gift by god to humans. No matter what my mind of frame is, I will always be happy after dancing. I forget about everything while I am dancing, at that moment my whole focus is just on dance. I have not been trained specifically for any dance form; I just love all kind of dances especially freestyle, Hip-hop, Salsa, Latin dance etc. In India there are more of reality shows based on dance than actual dance shows and I hope to see more shows like DID. My friend Ritvik Dhnajwani is a brilliant dancer and he can push himself to any extent when it comes to dancing. Dance is a beautiful thing; if you love it just keep on doing it.

Dance is everything for me; whatever I am today is all because of dance. I was very introvert and couldn't express myself, but dance gave shape to my personality and helped me discover who I am today. I have been trained in Jazz and ballet for four years, I personally love Jazz and urban hip-hop. So you think you can dance' is my all time favourite show. I really admire Hrithik Roshan when it comes to dance. I have one message for my fans, just dance your heart out and live your life.

Dance is the most important thing in my life. I have been dancing ever since I was a kid, that time it was a hobby I loved it with all my heart and thanks to Terence sir and Neeti Mohan that it is my career today. Dance has given me everything I have today. Opportunities, recognition and love from the audience. I am truly blessed to have gained so much appreciation from the professionals and my peers. My favourite dance forms are Contemporary, Waacking and ballet.

Dance for me is my life, if not an actor I would have been a dancer for sure, that much dance holds importance in my life. I am a trained classical and hip-hop dancer and started learning dance when I was just 3 years old and continued it till 8th or 9th standard. As a child my aim was just to perform and perform more. When I used to be sad I use to perform on sad songs and sometimes used to dance on really funny and weird songs in front of my parents. I have really good memories attached with dance. Undoubtedly Gurmeet is an amazing dancer and he has really come far due to his efforts and dedication towards it. Dance is like a body, mind and soul reliever.

I just wish Happy International dance day to everyone because I feel everyone is a dancer and can be one. Dance is a language, it's a hidden soul for me and I am the happiest when am dancing. It's my life, and I feel that one shouldn't dance from feet but heart. When you enjoy dancing it really doesn't matter what form it is, but yes if I have to answer one it would be Indian-contemporary. I am not a professional dancer but when I perform at various events or awards each time I learn from various choreographers. So you think you can dance is my favourite dance show, I think the dancers are just superb. Mouni Roy is one of the finest dancers today from TV industry.
Sayantani Ghosh currently seen in Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar on Sony TV
Dance is my passion; it's a way of expressing my emotions and life. It is an integral part of my existence. Being a Bengali child I was always creatively inclined towards dance. I was very active in my school functions and was always curious to learn more. But unfortunately as I was growing up studies became focus of my life and dance was somewhere sidelined. So, I still have that wish left to learn proper dance. I love Indian classical especially Kathak and would like to explore some International dance as well. I am a huge fan of So you think anybody can dance' I make it a point not to miss even a single episode of it. Sanjeeda and Barkha are really good dancers and I appreciate what their dance every time. It's pleasing watching them dance.
Happy International Dance Day to all the viewers!
