It's a race between Sanjeeda and Divyanka in Big Synergy-Zee show

Telly Buzz had reported yesterday that Iqbal Khan has apparently been selected to play one of the male leads in an untitled fiction show, produced by Big Synergy for Zee TV.

The story is about a mentally challenged guy and a rich Rajput fellow who fall for the same girl. Aniruddh Dave will in all probability play the mentally challenged person. The story is set in Himachal Pradesh.

We had already mentioned that popular actresses from television were considered to play the female lead. As per the latest, two big names have been short listed, and they await a confirmation from the channel and production house. They happen to be Sanjeeda Sheikh and Divyanka Tripathi.

According to our source, "The race is now between Sanjeeda Sheikh and Divyanka Tripathi. But it looks like Sanjeeda might have an edge over Divyanka in bagging the role, as the latter has been part of a similar project Banoo Main Teri Dulhann wherein the male lead was mentally challenged".

We called Sanjeeda Sheikh, but she rubbished the news and said that she is not offered the role.

We tried calling Divyanka and even sent her a text message, but she remained unavailable.

Sanjeeda Sheikh was last seen in Kayamath while Divyanka's last was Banoo Main Teri Dulhann.

Let's wait and watch to know who emerges victorious in this 'role' hunt!!
