It's a memorable birthday for Taher Mithaiwala

Actor Taher Mithaiwala, talks about his special birthday plans with TellyBuzz.

Taher Mithaiwala who essays the role of Viraj in Nisha Aur Uske Cousins on Star Plus, turned a year older recently. While its Taher's first birthday celebration on the sets, he seems to be quite elated and enjoyed to the fullest with the star cast of the show.

Telling us more about the celebration, Taher says, "I celebrated my birthday with my family. The team gave me a surprise on the sets with a cake and birthday bombs. Also my friends have arranged a party for me on Saturday night."

Sharing his childhood memories related to his birthday, Taher avers, "I have many childhood memories of my birthday. The first one being, I remember how I used to go to my Nani's place in Pune. She used to cook special food for me and it used to be celebrated by cutting a cake at midnight. My parents always used to gift me clothes."

He further adds, "I feel after turning 16, my birthdays have always been special as they were celebrated out of the country. To say, I celebrated my 22nd birthday in Iraq and 23rd in Africa. I did Snorkeling in Kenya and that has been the most memorable moment for me."

Which has been the best gift Taher has received so far? "Whenever, I make a new friend, I feel that's the best gift of my life."
