'It feels good to be shooting for our shows' - Daljit Kaur

Shaleen Bhanot and Daljit Kaur, the winning Jodi of Star Plus' Nach Baliye 4 is glad to be shooting again for their shows.

As Daljit puts it, "Our production houses had co-operated extremely well when Nach was on, and now that we have made them proud by winning, we are back to work and are giving our level best to our tracks in the shows".

So how has life been after Nach? "Well, first and foremost, we miss the long schedules where we both used to be together. Even now, Shaleen calls to ask whether I am not joining him for rehearsals (laughs). We thank God and all our fans for the success we have got in life. As of now, work is priority and we are busy with our shows. Frankly speaking, I missed my entire Santaan family when I was busy with the reality show, so it feels good to be back".

Daljit Kaur plays Suhaana in Santaan while Shaleen is seen in Grihasti. On her track ahead in Santaan,  Daljit quips, "Suhana and Niam(Manish Naggdev) are happy now, but somewhere down the line Niam feels that he can give more happiness to Suhana and strives hard to give her a better living. The next track will have the whole family getting worried for Niam as he is toiling a lot to keep his wife happy".

Ask her whether Shaleen and Daljit are looking for a project where they are cast together, and Daljit says, "Yes, talks are on for a project. But frankly speaking, we want a good script. We do not want to do a show together just for the heck of doing it. So let's see, if such an opportunity comes our way, we will surely take it".

There is a buzz that the duo will be seen again in Jo Jeeta Wohi Dancing Star, the reality show on Star Plus. "We have not yet decided on this; we have just now come out of Nach successfully, after getting all the love and affection of our fans. We do not want to get back for a bigger challenge so soon, simply because there will be so much expected of us this time", avers the actress.

She personally thanks all her fans for supporting them thro'out Nach. "We hope our fans are with us, in every walk of our life whether we do something together or not", concludes. Daljit.
