Irrfan Khan Replaced by Manav Kaul in Amazon Prime's 'Gormint'!

Amazon Prime announced it’s series Gormint two years back which starred Irrfan Khan in the lead role. However, the project underwent certain trouble/s and difficulty in it’s making owing to Irrfan Khan’s poor health condition. 

Now, the latest, we hear, is that Amazon has once again started to work towards the project with an entirely different cast. Manav Kaul who has been known for his notable work in the industry with projects like Tumhari Sulu has been roped in for the series. 

Directed by Apayya KM, the series will be a fictional political comedy show and will also star Shikha Talsania, Girish Kulkarni, Smita Jayakar and Sulabha Arya in important roles. 

The show has been created by Gursimran Khamba which he has co-written along with Dhruv Narang and Gaurav Mishra.
