Introducing Jjhoom India!

It couldn’t get better than this! We all know some very famous personalities who have made their mark as successful actors and are also talented singers! We also know that singing is one such talent that most people wished they possessed for the mere joy of expressing poetry in music! Get ready to meet some of your favourite celebrities on a show that’ll let people live this desire. 

Riding on the success of its first reality show Biggest Loser Jeetega, SaharaOne Television will now provide a platform to artistes across the country who thought they couldn’t be actors and singers at the same time! Viewers will now be treated to stage performances by 10 dynamic jodis of popular television actors paired with professional playback singers where they get together in the hope to make some beautiful music together.  

Our 10 master pairs will be competing with each other by rolling out power-packed performances week on week and will be judged by a jury consisting of some big names in the entertainment industry. Viewers will get a chance to vote for the best three teams every week based on how the contestants perform. The third best picks the fourth from the remaining teams, while fourth team picks the fifth; fifth team picks the sixth and so on leading to one elimination every week. With 13 weeks of melodious performances from the artists, the show will follow a bi-weekly format.

For the first time ever television stars will be coached by star singers to offer a complete entertainment package. I am sure our show JJHOOM INDIA is going to literally JJHOOM……INDIA.” 

JJHOOM INDIA will be produced and directed by Optimystix, which has produced shows like Indain Idol 1 and Bathroom Singer on Sahara Filmy earlier.
