Indisposed, but not done yet!!

Anjali Abrol, the very cute Rani of Star Plus’ Raja Ki Aayegi Baaraat was recently indisposed with very high fever and weakness, and just could not make it to the sets. But the twist in the tale was that she could not take her job lightly and had to report to the sets as there was no bank of episodes at all!!

Though the production house tried their best to use a duplicate for long shots, Anjali’s presence was required for her close-up scenes. Talking about the situation, Rashmi Sharma, EP of the serial says, “Yes, she was suffering from high fever, and Anjali’s mother called us to inform that she will not be able to make it to the shoot. But the pity was that we were shooting cut to cut. So we were left with no other option but to call her for close-ups. She diligently did her work and we admire her for this”.

Anjali Abrol brimming with confidence even when ill said, “Being the lead protagonist, I had to deliver on time, and I am glad that I could do it”. When enquired about her health, the girl quips, “I am better, but feeling weak even now”.

Here is an actress who gets a ten on ten for dedication to work!!
