"I'm not at all a brand loyal person!" - Daljeet Bhanot

By tradition, there has been a trend among celebrities of spending exorbitant amount of money to buy stylish and designer clothes. Television stars, generally, follow this fashion and pay inflated prices for name brands under the assumed premise that they are better and classier'.

However, this assumption is not completely true. Some of our television actors do not restrict themselves to brands and labels. One such celebrity is the very pretty Daljeet Bhanot, who is married to Shaleen Bhanot, was last seen in Star Plus popular show Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?

Says Daljeet, "In order to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion, I don't really take any conscious efforts. I'm a person who is very fond of bright colors, thus, I always end up being trendy yet very comfortable."

It is said that girls spend a lot more time, when it comes to shopping.  When quizzed Daljeet about the same, she says, "I'm not a person who takes too long for shopping. Generally I end up buying my clothes in just two minutes because I know what exactly I want."

On being asked about her most preferred shopping destination, the actress says, "Now-a-days, it's so globalized and as a matter of fact, our country too has become a globalized market. So, old were the days when we used to go to London for shopping but now everything is literally available at the new Infinity Mall. I think the new Infinity Mall has some really exclusive brands, therefore I need not go anywhere else."

When asked is the actress a brand loyal person, she says frankly, "I'm not at all a brand loyal person. I can wear anything, even if it is something picked up from Bandra Linking Road, provided I like it. I'm not a brand conscious person but if I like a branded stuff, I won't hesitate to buy it."

The couple is expecting their first child, which is due in December, the same month they got married in 2009.
