' I'm not a gift person ' - Ankita Bhargava

 

As a kid I wanted lots of money, but if got it now I would open a shelter for old people and animals. Elderly have nothing to do, so I would open a shelter where they can take of animals –So, basically a shelter for old people and rescued animal.
 
Are you a spender or a saver?

I really want to spend, but when I am not in mood to shop I can walk next to shopping windows without buying anything. It depends on my mood. 
 
Do you have a personal written budget?

Not really. I know there is a certain amount I have to use on my car ,insurance and miscellaneous stuff. Sometimes I can shop a lot in one month and not at all the other, and being an actress we shoot all day, so very rarely do I get time for shopping.
 
When you go out shopping - any special mall or shop which is a must?

We have state Hypercity in Mumbai, a supermarket that have everything. It has a great vibe and is a beautiful place. I love going there with my mom also I love visiting the Inorbit mall.
 
What's the most expensive gift you've ever given someone?

It has to be the gift given to my parents this month - A full health check up.
 
What's the most expensive gift you've ever received from someone?

Well, lots of expensive stuff from my parents ,mostly jewellery from my mom. Basically I am not a gift person. I feel a bit weird and awkward receiving gift. A close friend of mine who is currently living in Australia, Dylan made me a souvenir before leaving India. We both graduated from St.Xavier college together, before leaving he made a huge card for me. A card that celebrates our time together from day 1 to how we became friends and college days . I am a big fan of American show FRIENDS, he also gifted me all ten seasons on DVD, my most cherished gift ever.
 
If someone offered you a million dollars in exchange of your life, would you do it?

No I wont. What's the fun if I am not there anymore, who would enjoy the money.
 
Do you think money is more important or love?

Not at all! For me what 'Love' word can do, jewellery or money can't!
