I’m certain that the TRPs of Sasural Simar Ka 2 will only increase: Vibha Bhagat

Sasural Simar Ka season 2 has managed to gain limelight. The show revolves around Simar getting accidentally married to Aarav Oswal. Aarav was supposed to marry Reema but as fatew would have it, Simar and Aarav got married to each other. The show is slowly and steadily picking up the pace and has secured a decent rating of 1.1 last week.

India Forums got in touch with actress Vibha Bhagat who plays the role of Chitra Oswal in the show. Talking about her character, Vibha said, “Chitra’s character is very well defined. She has so many layers. All of her actions are dependent on her past. The way she behaves and everything has a story in itself and hence it makes an intriguing character to portray onscreen”.

Speaking about the ratings of the show, she quipped, “So, we are picking up slowly. Initially it was 0.6 then 0.8 and now touchwood we are on 1.1 and I’m certain that the TRPs will only increase considering the drama, twists and turns that lay ahead for the viewers”.

Talking about her bond with other actors, Vibha added, “We really had a great time in Agra. Shooting away from home for hours enabled us to build a rock-solid bond. Everyone has grown to become like a family. We eat lunches together and have a lot of fun amidst the shoot. I’m blessed to have such a rocking bunch of people as my co-actors”.

Sasural Simar Ka 2 is produced by Rashmi Sharma Productions and has a star cast including Jayati Bhatia, Radhika Muthukumar, Tanya Sharma, Karan Sharma, Avinash Mujherjee, Vibha Bhagat among others.
