If female TV characters had to write HONEST letters to the leading men of Indian TV shows!

Indian TV shows sure do have their own kind of charm, and, more often than not, they turn into the most stereotypical ones. Today, September 1 marks Letter Writing Day, and we at India-forums thought we'd write a brief honest letter on behalf of the females to the leading men.

And, here's what we wrote. Read on.

It has been more than a year of knowing you, and, I must say, I am extremely proud for having put myself through this. I really had no idea I could deal with a chauvinist this well and yet manage to fair good for myself. After having married you for quite a number of times, I think it's time I rightfully get my place and not have to fight for it anymore.

It is now high time that you do realise that despite all the love I once had for you, WE are not happening any time soon. I loved you once and probably that wasn't all roses and unicorns for me. Now, when you fail to be the ideal best friend, I don't wish to incur more pain upon myself by making you my life partner. So let us cut the chase and not even talk about it anymore.

I hope this letter finds you in good health while you plot yet another of your cliched revenge plan. As you claim, after all the hurt and pain that I have caused you, I deserve no happiness, so be it. But if you think that you can get your way by getting married to me and throwing me away to foul my name or whatever plans you have, I must say, a teenager could plot a lethal plan than this. Or, you could too, only if you watched a little less of Indian TV!

I think it is high time you stop misunderstanding me and force me to die, only to be reincarnated yet again so that I save your life, yet again. I think our love story deserves a fair chance, without any accidental deaths, misunderstanding or a third person (guy or a girl) who we are being almost married to.

After being kidnapped and killed for innumerable times, I think it is me who you should be marrying and not Munni. More so, it is time you have a bro-talk with your sister Aaliya and an upfront talk with Tanu and ask them to get one thing straight - their plans will by no means be successful, ever.
