I would love to work in Balika Vadhu : Ashlesha Sawant

Introducing herself she said, "I am basically from Pune, and I have been born and raised in Pune. My parents still reside in Pune and I am staying in Mumbai all alone as part of my work. I love the city. I am a traveler and love to pamper myself like any girl would love to do."

So what kind of traveller is she? "Well to be honest I at times pack my bags and travel to places at times. I must say India is a beautiful country and the Northern part is very authentic due to it's and natural beauty. I feel everyone should go on a travel spree."

She spoke about her hobbies and said, "I love watching television and I usually watch seasons of Hollywood mostly I like Master chief Australia a lot. Moreover travel related shows are the best time pass for me. On Indian television, I religiously watch Balika Vadhu as I admire and look upto the acting of Surekha Sikri. I would also want to be part of Balika Vadhu if offered any role."

And is she enjoying her work on Television, "If you ask me about the role I would say, yes I am enjoying my role of Preeti a lot these days. The track is unfolding in different ways and I am also getting good response from the people," concludes Ashlesha.
